From the very first meeting they have gone above and beyond for my home project which was extensive. They took time to listen to everything, from my goals, to my budget and ideas. Triple checking all the measurements and those little details for the project before even showing a design. They came back and presented me with a concept far past my expectations, and they even worked with suppliers to keep the cost around goal budget. The crews that came out were all hard workers and beyond professional. Taking time to talk to me and go over anything I wanted. If I had any concerns or something needed to be taken care of they didn’t hesitate to address it. I will also say that there was an instance of damaged occurring outside of their control and before I even knew they had already fixed it better than before. Great company for deck design and replacement! We asked them to design a replacement for our old (20+ years) wood deck and the outcome was amazing! Amber visited our site numerous times to make sure the new design would fit our needs, as our log home required some special considerations. Ellijah, our deck project manager, was on top of every project detail. Travis, Al, Sam, and the rest of the crew were professional, thorough, and cleaned up after every work day. Travis, especially, was outstanding and took great care of every installation detail. We would definitely seek out Genesis Group again to do any kind of deck repair, replacement or installation project.

Genesis and Kent did a fantastic job for us. Through some random luck, we acquired a chairlift chair and needed someone to build a swing for us. I found Genesis through some online searching and called to see if this was something they would be willing to take on. Kent came out a few times and admitted they had never done anything like it before, but thought they could do it. They drew up some plans and took lots of measurement and the final project turned out fantastic. We had our landscaping completed the beginning of this year and love how it turned out. The process was easy to get everything started with design and scheduling working with travis was a great experience. We also worked with John and he was really helpful when it came to changing up most of the plants due to my wife's bee allergy. Leo and Nick were always on time and were very helpful anytime I had a question while they were out here and they did a great job on both the front and back yard and it looks great.

Superior workmanship and continued thorough communication from beginning to the end. The on-site crew was polite and extremely respectful. Each day they had all of their supplies neatly stored. Various neighbors stopped by inquiring about the company as they were also very impressed with the finished product. Definitely recommend Genesis Group and would use them again if another project arises.

Working with the whole crew at Genesis Group has been great! They worked very hard throughout the entire process to make sure I was satisfied (which is a tall order, as I am a very particular customer). If you need a custom landscaper from conceptual design to detailed installation, then I would highly recommend. As with anything of quality, you can expect to pay a price commiserate the size of your particular project. I'd give them 6 starts, but the rating system is capped at 5!

Excellent Job! We had to have our 3-year old large deck replaced. Genesis did a fantastic job. The crew showed p every morning on time, and cleaned up the yard before quitting for the day. The project manager was very helpful. Due to weather conditions the deck was not completed before a planned trip so while were gone, we were sent picture updates. We came home to a nice new deck. We highly recommend Genesis.
